 Media SOLD Price:  $ 340,000          Days on Market: 32                               Sale to List Ratio: 99                      

That’s an Approximate 5.7% or $20,000 ↑ Increase

As the Real Estate market normally goes through its annual cooling off period this time of the year, especially in the Northeast due mainly to weather conditions. We’re still seeing great buyer demand this time and according to research the new norm for buyers is to start early in the year to get ahead of the market rush and higher competition in the SPRING that typically starts APRIL 1st.
